Wyoming Valley Transcription Services, LLC | About Us

Wyoming Valley Transcription Services, LLC | How It WorksFor dial-in dictation, you simply call, enter your password and dictate. Press nine to record, and star to send that kind of stuff. The voice files (which are recorded digitally) are then sent to our transcriptionists. That day your dictation is transcribed, reviewed (we re-listen to all dictation) and finally, the reports are delivered to you via our secure site. The advantage of dial-up is that once you hang up, the voice file is in our office and ready to be typed. You don't have to deliver the recording. Of course, you must dictate from a phone... and you get next day delivery!

Hand-held digital recorders are a little different. If you like these, that’s great. Once you purchase the hand-held recorder, give us a call after you have installed the software onto your computer and we’ll walk you through the process, about 10 minutes, to set your facility up on our secure server for file transfer... next day delivery!

Still using the hand-held tape recorder, don't worry, we can accommodate for that as well. All you do is simply mail the tape to us via USPS (we’ll provide postage) and it will be transcribed. Once we receive the tape(s), we will inform your office and have the transcription completed and delivered... the very next day.

Independent Medical Examinations and Depositions; We can transcribe any/all as long as they are recorded.

Attention Colleges, TV Stations, etc., !!!
If you have interviews that are recorded, we can transcribe them as well.
